In modern kitchens, we use many types of hoods. One of them is a pull-out hood behind the hob. This moves the vapors downwards and through the floor outwards. The top cover plate of the hood in this case is made of granite material of the same as the countertop. When inserted into the lower cabinets, it fits into the rest of the granite stone surface and underlines the luxurious detail.
